The next general meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 29th, 2008, 10AM to noon at Pinckneyville Community Center. There will be a swap meet and presentation on IR distance measurments. Bring your line followers for the monthly challenge.

AHRC Members,
Here is the plan for March 2008:
March 12th: Robot Rally Meeting at Fudruckers 7:00 P.M. I have made the meet time a little later to help accommodate Richard.
March 19th: RBNO at Pinckneyville Community Center 6:30 P.M.
March 29th: Regular AHRC meeting at Pinckneyville Community Center at 10:00 A.M.
At the Robot Rally Meeting we need to review what has be accomplished vs what needs to be done. Also, Non-Profit Status for the club will be discussed.
At the RBNO we want people to bring in their robot drive trains and/or bases for whatever robots they are working on. We want to share ideas, problems and solutions. If you need equipment for this RBNO let us know on the list. We will see what can be done.
At the Regular AHRC Meeting, we currently are planning the following: We want all members with line followers to bring them in so that we can run them as a challenge. Cathleen will be arranging Lego Line follower presentation.
Don will be presenting a How To on IR distance measurements. We hope to get the Swap Meet started by 11:30. So Bring Your Junk And Collect Some Robo Stuff. From what I have been seeing on the List Bot, we already have a lot of parts coming to the Swap Meet. I do not want to miss this one! Bring what you can. This sums up the current plans for AHRC Month of March 2008.
